Cancellation & Appointment Policy

50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals: 

Clients arriving late will be charged the full service fee. Your treatment time will be shortened, and our appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Same-Day Appointments:

Same-day appointments are considered confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. They are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the deposit is paid.

Expired Gift Cards:

Expired gift cards are subject to a reactivation fee before they can be redeemed.
